When you work with one of our support technicians, you will be initiating a 128-bit encrypted connection between your computer and our online technician's computer.
You will be prompted to download and run a temporary desktop sharing application that will allow us to view and interact with your computer.
This sets up a unique one-to-one connection that only we can view or access during the session in a private and secure manner.
You are in control the entire time. You are the only person who will be able to initiate a remote support session. You are also able to end the session anytime by closing the support program that is running on your desktop.
During your session you will be able to see everything the technician will be doing in order to diagnose and repair issues.
Once your service is completed, the temporary application closes and will no longer be running on your computer. We will no longer have access to your computer unless you run the program again.
